A traditional series of exercises with the purpose of achieving complete coordination of body, mind and spirit. Appropriate for all levels. Intro to Pilates is a prerequisite for those who have never attended a Pilates class.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled group classes may be cancelled with 12 hours' notice to the instructor from the client. If notice of cancellation is not received, the client agrees to pay a $10 Late Cancel Fee.
